Our Processing department was formed in 1987 to supply freshly prepared potatoes, pumpkin and vegetables to hospitals, nursing homes and the hospitality industry in the Newcastle region. The first and very important step taken by Bev Steggles was to liaise with the Newcastle City Council Health Department to ensure that the premises would fully comply with the NSW Pure Food Act.

Since then the product range has increased to include ”Heat & Eat” delicatessen products as well as soups and salads. As a result of our increased range and the nature of our products, we have now implemented HACCP programs to ensure food safety to our customers.

The customer base has now expanded to include all the major retail chains throughout NSW. Our products are delivered in a fleet of refrigerated vehicles.

As all our products are manufactured to order you can be guaranteed of freshness at all times. In addition special recipes can be catered for to suit your requirements.
